Up, down. Over, under. The job keeps you on the move. These men's rugged 6-inch boots are built to move and keep your feet dry in a range of conditions. A flexible rubber outsole provides confident grip for ladder rungs, cement floors and uneven terrain, and resilient cushioning maintains all-day comfort.

I already owned a pair of these boots' I wore them all summer for several years. They are good looking and I liked them a lot. I have a pair of eight inch insulated boots for the winter just like these only taller. Carhartt has good boots and work clothes.

OUCH
The D Rings that are at the middle of the boot - where you start the speed lace... they dig into your ankles really bad. There is NO padding inside to help with this. Also, that is right where the tongue crease starts, so it is a double whammy of irritant against your ankle. I thought I cold break them in by wearing them (toughing out the pain) but after about 40 hours of wear, I can't take it any more.

Very comfortable and they're actually waterproof as promised. I've had others that were not. Only took one and a half days to break in.

Awesome boot for protecting old aching feet!
This is my 2nd pair of these boots. I'm 70 and now my feet need protection from uneven and rough surfaces while maintaining my property in the country. I looked for a pair of boots with very little movement in the soles when twisting them. These boots let me work for hours and protect my feet from rocks, ladder rungs, weed eaters, etc. So durable and comfortable. I highly recommend these Carhartt boots.
