We currently offer FREE Ground Shipping for all U.S. orders $99 and up, plus you never have to pay to return your gear. For a limited time, you’ll also get 180 days from date of purchase to try on, test out, and return for free if something’s just not working for you. And if you want free shipping on ALL orders, no minimums, just join our Groundbreakers Loyalty Program. Please refer to the correct tab to determine shipping costs. The posted delivery times are estimates but will help you identify the shipping option that is right for you.

If you do not have the original packing slip, please include a note inside the return package with the following information: reason for returning item(s), order number, purchaser’s name, address, and telephone number. Your order number can be found in your confirmation/shipment email, through Order History in ‘My Account’ on Carhartt.com, or by calling Carhartt Customer Service at 1-800-833-3118.
