How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, we’ll send you an email with your tracking information. If you don’t receive this email containing your tracking information, you can always check your order status online, enter your order number and email address and you will receive an email with your order status. If you don’t remember your order number, please contact customer service and we'll be able to help sort if out.
What are your shipping rates/options?
Carhartt offers a variety of shipping options to ensure that your order arrives when you need it. All shipping and handling information can be accessed by clicking here.
Please refer to the correct location tab to determine your shipping cost. Posted delivery times provided during check-out are estimates. They are posted to help you identify the shipping option that is right for you.

How long before I get my return refund?
Carhartt appreciates how hard you work for your money and do everything we can to get it back into your hands quickly. Usually within 3-5 business days after our distribution center receives your return. Refunds are credited back to the original method of payment. Gift card refunds can take up to 5-7 business days.
Do you ship internationally?

But you can shop and ship our European site which serves the UK and all counties in the Eurozone. Which carriers do you use to ship?
Carhartt works with UPS, USPS, FEDEX, and Purolator in Canada.
My package did not arrive even though the tracking number status indicates that it was delivered. How do I locate my missing package?
Please note that sometimes the tracking data provided by carriers can be inaccurate. We recommend checking areas other than your front door or porch such as side entrances. You may want to check with your housemates and neighbors as well.

What is Carhartt’s return policy?
Carhartt.com orders may be returned within 180 days of the original date of purchase. Items must be returned in their original condition with all of the tags attached. We are currently unable to complete exchanges. All refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. Original shipping costs are unfortunately non-refundable.

How long do I have to return my purchase?

When will I get my refund?

Can I make changes to my order once it has been placed?
We process our orders very quickly to get your product to you as soon as possible. While we cannot make any changes to an order after it has been placed, we may be able to cancel an order within 1-2 hours of it being placed. If you need to cancel your order, we ask that you call our customer service team immediately at 1-800-833-3118.
Why was my order cancelled? When will it be refunded?
Orders are generally cancelled due to payment failure or stock availability. In either case, your card is only charged once an order has shipped. If your order was cancelled, you may still see the original payment authorization. The payment authorization will be reversed within a few hours.

Who is Carhartt flame resistant (FR) clothing designed for? What standards does it meet?
Carhartt FR clothing is designed for electricians and workers in the utility, oil, gas and petrochemical fields. They are at risk of being exposed to electric arcs and flash fires, which could cause severe or fatal burn injuries. Our FR clothing meets standards such as NFPA 70E, NFPA 2112 and NESC.*
What products are made in the USA?

Does Carhartt have hardware requests available?
Carhartt will gladly send a swatch of material, replacement zipper or buttons free of charge. Quantities are limited. Contact Carhartt Customer Service online to make your request.
Are replacement hoods available for rain gear?
Sorry, raingear hoods are not sold separately.
What do the different Men’s fits mean?
Loose/original fit will be the roomiest. Relaxed fits a little closer to the body. Straight/traditional is the closest fitting.
What are some of your warmest linings?
Arctic quilt, quilted flannel and 80 grams plus of 3M Thinsulate™ are our warmest linings. You can shop our warmest gear on the website.
Can you send replacement laces?
Sure, we’ll gladly send out a pair of replacement boot laces. Please contact our Customer Service team online.
What do you recommend using to treat my boots?
Carhartt boots are pretreated. We don’t recommend that you treat them any further.

Can I use multiple credit cards to pay for my order?
No. However, you can combine a Carhartt gift card with a major credit card to pay for your order.
What payment methods do you accept?

Can I use a Carhartt gift card to pay for seat covers?
No, Carhartt seat covers are manufactured and sold through Covercraft. They do not accept Carhartt gift cards as a form of payment.
How long before I see my rewards points reflected on my account?
In most cases, your loyalty points will be reflected on your account immediately after your order has shipped and the payment has been processed. However, in some instances it may take up to 7-10 business days before your rewards points can be seen.
