Measure the fullest part of your bust, keeping the measuring tape parallel to the floor.

NATURAL WAIST:

Bend side to side and find the natural bend in your body; this is your natural waist. Note: It may not be the smallest point.

HIPS:

Measure the fullest part of your hips, approximately 8 inches below the natural waist.

Note: For best results measure over your undergarments. Use a cloth measuring tape.

Tight up top
I used the size quiz on the website and it said to order a size small. It fits perfectly except if you have a bigger bust its very tight, I think if I sized up it'd be too wide

Great vest
We live in the Buffalo, NY Southtowns and it's been cold out...I bought this to just throw on under my jacket and to wear when not so cold. It's very warm. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a warm vest
