Note: For best results measure over your undergarments. Use a cloth measuring tape.

Measure just under arms and across shoulder blades holding the tape firm and level. If your chest falls between sizes, order the next size up.

Natural Waist:

Effective, comfortable, and stylish
I've used this shirt on roofs, landscaping, and just in my day to day. They're extremely effective on hot days. I've never gotten burnt with any of the sun force shirts short or long sleeve. It helps a lot when you're busy and saves a lot of money in sun screen. On hot days I'd have to reapply sunscreen every 30 minutes. With these shirts I just put one good coating on in the morning to areas that are exposed and it gets me through the day no problem. These shirts are also impossible to sweat through. If you're familiar with Nike's dry fit line they're very similar, but in my opinion. the carhartt is much better quality, and much more comfortable. I highly recommend for absolutely any occasion. I own at least 8 shirts at this point.
