Storm Defender®

Storm Defender Jacket

Storm Defender® waterproof, breathable technology stops rain, but lets sweat escape through a breathable membrane ― so you can work through a storm.

Staying dry, focused, and safer is easier with rainwear featuring Storm Defender® waterproof breathable technology. It’s made to keep you completely protected from rain and amazingly comfortable inside. Work doesn’t stop when it rains; it just gets harder. Lugging rain soaked garments around adds to the misery, but Carhartt’s jobsite worthy raingear cuts the discomfort.

I love them for the frigid temperatures! Run a bit large though

Room to move
Exactly what I've been looking for. Roomy through the hips and thighs without a big flare at the bottom.

Nice bibs
These are really nice bibs! The only thing i wished they had was more pockets. The butt flap works but it can be difficult to zip back up with layers and for a female, it gets a little tight pulling everything back up.

Nope
Not nearly as good as their Women's Full Swing Cryder Bib Overalls. The drop seat zipper is difficult to unzip and zip. And it doesn't drop far enough so you still have to unzip the front. Not worth it. I work outside in the winter and this makes it more difficult in the porta john than it's worth.

rain deffense bibs
I like everything but the back flap. The back zipper gets stuck every time. So frustrating. Really wish I could get the swing ones you made a few years ago. These new ones do not compare to those. I lost those a a horse camp and have never been able to replace them. I:m 65 years old and have been wearing carhartts for 40 years. I would pay good money for some full swing bibs size large. I would return these but have worn them riding 3 times trying to make them work.
