Measure just under arms and across shoulder blades holding the tape firm and level. If your chest falls between sizes, order the next size up.

Natural Waist:

Review of Carhartt Heavy Weight Flannel Shirts
Absolutely superb! Fit was perfect and the overall quality and construction exceeded my expectations!! Because of that I immediately purchased two more heavy flannel shirts of the same design. I was especially pleased that even after washing the shirt retained its like new shape and plushness and it didn't seem to shrink at all.
