Return and Repeat
I was so excited for this vest. Usually love carhartt products but this needs some work. My first vest came in a beat up box, questioned if it was a returned product but tried it out anyway and then it kept turning on by itself when stored in closet. Returned and re-ordered. Next vest arrived and was clearly used. The new battery in the box had pet hair and pocket grime all over it. This vest also turned on by itself while in the coat closet on "off setting". Safe to say this has been an ongoing issue and carhartt is trying to resell all the returned faulty products.
Also only heats shoulder areas on front. Does not heat anywhere below armpits. The heating on the back is only right at the very top for about 2 inches below the collar

I am so disappointed. I purchased this for my mother who has a medical condition. The vest doesn't heat to a temperature that would help her stay warm.

DO NOT RECOMMEND
JUST GOT IT FOR WIFE. DON'T KNOW WHY THERE ARE ADJUSTMENTS. NO CHANGE IN HEAT. ONLY HEAT ON NECK IN BACK. NO HEAT IN FRONT ON ANY SETTING. LIKELY TO TAKE IT BACK. SAD BECAUSE IT WASN'T INEXPENSIVE.

Crap App
Terrible- got it for my wife. We would get it set up at home but every time we went anywhere it refused to synch with the app and I ended up having to buy her something else to keep her warm. We tried 2 different phones, uninstalling, unplugging, all and all just getting us more frustrated. Do not buy.

Expensive but worth it.
Love! Love! Love it!! I'd be freezing without this heated vest. I love the app that goes with it. I hope they come out with some heated socks and gloves of the same kind to add to my collection.

I'm pleased with my purchase.
I am very happy with my Carhartt X heated vest. Easy to set up to the clim8 app, battery lasts more than one use, and it helps me stay comfortable while doing farm chores. It's an investment, for sure, but so far, I'm pleased with my purchase.
