Bend side to side and find the natural bend in your body; this is your natural waist. Note: It may not be the smallest point.

Perfect with an asterisk
I love this. When I wore this, it was probably not considered "extremely" cold (teens), I was warm enough that -> I <- was able to pare down some of my warmer clothes to a little cooler clothes. Meaning I was able to lose the base layer and just wear my normal blue jeans and still feel warm. Pair this with my Yukon Extreme jacket I have and I was very comfortable in the cold. Here's the bad part. I admittedly do not need to wear it 100% of the time and unless I was just going to leave it on, putting this thing on was a hassle. Even with tennis shoes, I had a hard time getting my foot past the knee. I would have to take my shoes off just to get my leg fully in. I wish that the leg zipper (which I prefer over the buttons) went just slightly passed the knee which would allow me past the point where my heel would get stuck. Also, whatever size it says you are using the chart, I would go up to 1 to 2 sizes. I followed the guide in the past and it was too small for me.

Nice and warm
Nice and warm, love the top pocket for hands, not fond of the smaller leg design. Makes it real tough to take and put on boots while wearing them.

Dont Fit
Let me start off by saying tgese are the best quality bibs Ive ever had. I work as a plumber and need the mobility these provide. The problem is they just dont fit. The legs are way too long. They have to bunch up around my boots. The removeable kneepads (sold separately) are essentially just shinguards and not even worth wearing. I bought the small and im 150 pounds, 5' 7"
