Buy the New Collars with the metal buckles!
I have 2 of these one for each lab, visibility is great while hunting, good fit. However the durability is not quite what the new collars are but I believe those are only in the carhartt stores.

The collar is well made and looks nice on my dog. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because I would have liked the collar to be wider, it's a little skinny.
