TORNADO RELIEF
EFFORTS
Help us support the communities devastated by Friday night’s catastrophic weather.
To all our hardworking friends of Carhartt.
It’s been an incredibly difficult few days for all of us in Kentucky and in the Carhartt Family. Many of you have seen the news coverage of the devastation caused by tornadoes that touched down throughout Kentucky, Tennessee, Arkansas, and Missouri on Friday night. The town of Mayfield, Kentucky, which was the hardest hit, is only an hour and a half from Hopkins County, Kentucky, where both our distribution center and cutting facility are, and about the same distance from our sewing facility in Camden, Tennessee.
We have experienced loss within the Carhartt family and many of our associates who live in southwestern Kentucky’s hardest-hit communities have lost loved ones, sustained damage to their homes, or lost their homes completely.
My heart is heavy with these losses, and for all the lives lost in Kentucky and beyond.
We’re doing everything we can to help our associates and their hardworking communities during this very challenging time. We’re also working with our partners Team Rubicon and Convoy of Hope to provide relief and real solutions.
If you want to help now, please donate to the Team Western Kentucky Tornado Relief Fund created by the State of Kentucky here: Western Kentucky Tornado Relief Fund
Please keep those impacted in your thoughts and prayers. Many Kentuckians have lost loved ones, homes, and businesses. I know they’ll appreciate your support, too.
Thank you,
William Hardy
