I work in education and this fits my laptop and a few files in the back, laptop pocket. Built in lunch box is great so far, enough room for my small lunch and could probably fit my husband's big lunch lol Pocket above the lunch box is a little short, but it's easy to organize with the sectioned pockets (and I've been to scared to try and collapse the lunchbox section to see how that works but that is an option). Some of the zippers stick a bit, but it'll get better with use I'm assuming. Overall, it works great for me and I really love it! And having a partner in the trades means we'll probably be getting him one soon.

My son likes, but wishes there was a second cup holder and a netting compartment on front to put somethings.
