I am disappointed because you do not carry my size in store. The first pair didn't fit and I ordered wide. They definitely were not wide!!! Then I took them back to the store and ordered them a half size larger but not wide this time and they still don't fit. So now I will have to do it again. I have the model number from the first ones I got several years ago and I did like them?YOU NEED TO DO BETTER!!! Try having more in your stores to try on!!!

Overall impression of new model boots.
I dont like them. You changed them. The first 3 pair i bought were soft and light. They wore out pretty fast, but they were extremely comfortable to me. I kept the last two pair, and as I saw they were wearing out I ordered the new pair that I now have but they hurt my right foot toes. So I'm not really thrilled with them. I like the original pair better.
