How to Measure
Note: For best results measure over your undergarments. Use a cloth measuring tape.
Chest:
Measure just under your arms and across your shoulder blades, holding the tape firm and level. If your chest falls between sizes, order the next size up.
Hip/Seat:
Measure the fullest point between your natural waist and crotch.
Natural Waist:
Bend side to side and find the natural bend in your body; this is your natural waist. Note: It may not be the smallest point.
Inseam:
Measure from your crotch to the desired length on body. You may also measure pants that you currently own and like. Lay the garment flat and smooth out. Measure on the front from the crotch point along the seam to the hem for the inseam length..

This thermal exceeded my expectations! The quality is top notch and it's definitely a solid option for a warm base layer. This is my first time purchasing non jacket/ hoodie from Carhartt and I will definitely be adding to my collection down the road with another purchase. Recently wore this with my Carhartt attic jacket in 10 degree weather. I was able to be out in that weather for hours comfortable. I only wish i owned this product earlier in my construction career.

Best Cold Weather Base Layer
I work in a freezer that is about -20 degrees. This is one of the best products that I have ever bought for working in the cold. I recommend this to everyone. I always recommend Tall sizes so that people can have it stay tucked in while doing activities in the cold and not have the cold air come up under their shirt. Most of the other companies make their Base Layers too short to tuck in. Will you be restocking XL Tall sizes any time soon?
