Great jacket!
I like that it blocks the harsh wind and keeps me warm in -8 degree Wisconsin mornings. I would highly recommend this jacket for anyone that works outside or is outdoors often.

Amazing!
Bought this for my son who has a decent walk from the parking area to his work site in the rainy PNW in the dark. It keeps him warm, dry and visible!

Work Coat
Great quality. Warm for outdoor work. Sizing runs on the large size. Normally wear a 2x. Returned for 1x and still a little big.

Nice jacket, but should be better for what they charge.
I bought this jacket at the end of November. Overall, it is a decent garment. Wind protection, rain protection and warmth of the jacket is fairly good. That being said, there is too much "hook and loop" all over this thing. I remember when Carhartt was all zippers and snaps. You can't keep anything in the pockets dry, unless you use the inside pockets, because the outside pockets are worthless in the rain. Another downside is, I'm not sure this jacket will last for the whole winter season, much less through the next winter season. It does not seam that durable to me, but time will tell. Even though the jacket is class 3 compliant, I don't think they made this jacket for the true construction worker, but rather for inspectors in the construction business. All in all, I give the jacket 3 stars. It looks good, it is comfortable, and it kinda does the job against the harsh elements. However, is it worth $180.00? I think not. They should seriously consider dropping $100.00 off the price. Unfortunately, Carharrt is not what they used to be, In my honest opinion. I believe Carharrt has become some kind of fashion statement, instead of truly durable work clothing that just seems overpriced. Let me be clear. Carharrt is not the only overpriced brand of "work gear", as I have seen other brands with high prices. In conclusion, I like the jacket, I just don't love it for the price.
