Measure the fullest part of your bust, keeping the measuring tape parallel to the floor.

NATURAL WAIST:

Bend side to side and find the natural bend in your body; this is your natural waist. Note: It may not be the smallest point.

HIPS:

Measure the fullest part of your hips, approximately 8" below the natural waist.

Note: For best results measure over your undergarments. Use a cloth measuring tape.

Added warmth without the bulk
Overall a great shirt and I almost love it. I'd say more like 4.5 stars as my only holdup is how it fits on me personally, so mileage may vary for others. I'd like it to be slightly longer, it sits odd at my hips, but I'm not as concerned about the appearance than my purpose for wearing it. I find it to be a great option to keep the chest and upper back area warm and protected without having the bulk of heavy sleeves. It's easy to layer over a fitted long sleeve if needed and makes it way more convenient if you need to wear a coat (the sweatshirts and heavy coat sleeves can hinder mobility). If I'm working outside, this is great option, personally my main pain points for drafts and getting achey are upper back, chest and lower back, a smidge more length would make this perfect for that. Now if you're not wearing this for those purposes (or at least the consistent bending over while working in the cold, it should be a win for you.

Ohh so soft
Ha! I have it on right now. I love it. The inside has the terry cloth material- for there most comfortable feel. Nice length for a women and tie length of the shirt sleeves are great. Need to order a few more in different colors so I don't have to wrest this one 2-3 times a week. Highly recommend!
