Note: For best results measure over your undergarments. Use a cloth measuring tape.

Measure just under arms and across shoulder blades holding the tape firm and level. If your chest falls between sizes, order the next size up.

Natural Waist:

Bend side to side and find the natural bend in your body; this is your natural waist. Note: It may not be the smallest point.

Great shirt, great price, one of my favorite
I don't generally like long sleeve shirts but I got one of these from my company as a project completion gift and since then I think I have bought a dozen of them. I love the way they fit. They fit true to size, craftsmanship is perfect except for the stitching did come loose on one cuff a little bit but they are all around a nice shirt. My only complaint is that they discontinued the version with the thumb holes in the sleeves and hoodie style pocket on the front. Other than that I love them.
