Measure the fullest part of your bust, keeping the measuring tape parallel to the floor.

NATURAL WAIST:

Bend side to side and find the natural bend in your body; this is your natural waist. Note: It may not be the smallest point.

HIPS:

Measure the fullest part of your hips, approximately 8" below the natural waist.

Note: For best results measure over your undergarments. Use a cloth measuring tape.

City Light
Weight is too light for hard working women. The pocketsxare useless won't hold a cell phone tape measure or even carpenter pencil. This is good for show only. No real work practicality.

I need more of these!
Warm enough for cooler days but not too hot for warmer ones, and really, really comfortable! I bought two, one in gray in a store and the soft green one directly from Carhartt. I could wish these were made in petite sizes for us shorter women with shorter arms, but it's easy enough to roll the cuffs up. A tall friend of mine bought one of these too and the sleeves are long enough even for her! (She rarely finds tops with long enough sleeves.) I cold wash and hang dry, and they come out nicely, with far fewer wrinkles than one would expect for a top with a high cotton content.
