Runs short
The material and build quality are good. No complaints there. But, for me at least, the jacket seemed oddly short - shorter than my other Carhartt stuff. The hood also refused to lay flat or get out of the way. I ended up exchanging this jacket for a model OJ4392-M, which works way better for me.

Bad fit
I like the quality of this jacket but the fit is pretty bad. I'm 6' 210lbs. It's way too big/loose and too short, it sits above my waist by about 2". I ordered a large but it fits like a XXL crop top.

Great jacket with a minor flaw
Nice little jacket. My only complaint is the hood/collar. Maybe it will take time to break in, but with it being new, don't expect this hood to be like a regular cotton duck fabric design. The collar/hood has absolutely no play whatsoever, and it makes driving, sitting, or turning your head cumbersome. Having a longer beard, it's frustrating. It's almost like they skipped around designing the collar correctly around the neck. Hoping overtime, the collar will settle into place. I think it's a design flaw with this type of fabric, but the fabric seems like it will do great in rain & snow. I got the jacket on sale, but if I was paying the full price, I would be more disappointed.
