Natural Waist:

Bend side to side and find the natural bend in your body; this is your natural waist. Note: It may not be the smallest point.

Hips:

Measure the fullest part of your hips, approximately 8” below the natural waist.

Contrast stitching on white is a bad idea

The shirt is great quality. However, I have one issue with the chest pocket stitching: Why is it black on a white shirt? It looks bad! The website doesnt show the front of a white shirt! Had I known I wouldnt have purchased it. I had to have the stitching altered to white.
