This jacket is my third one. I get about ten years of service out of them. At that point they are looking a little ragged but they still function. I'm a bit hard on the sleeves and cuffs but the rest of the jacket is in great shape.

No cuffs to keep out the cold and wind.
Jacket has no cuffs on the sleeves or around the bottom of the jacket, which are needed if you work outside in the wind and cold.
Carhartt jacket RN#14806 is a much better design

Ok as a windbreaker
Nice little jacket. It's a jacket. The warmth rating system carhartt uses is bogus. Level 3 "warmest" is not the warmest. Level 4 is warmest. This was bait and switch and is basically a windbreaker folks. Be advised.
