When hazards are high and visibility is low, these men's bibs have your back. Designed for the cold, they're made with durable flame-resistant duck that's quilt-lined for extra warmth. The overalls feature ANSI-approved reflective material, and they have a durable double-front design that accommodates knee pads.

  • 11.5-ounce FR quilted twill lining; FR modacrylic batting insulation for warmth
  • ANSI-approved 2-inch contrasting trim with 3M™ Scotchlite™ reflective material; 360* visibility around legs
  • Meets the performance requirements of NFPA 70E
  • UL® classified to NFPA 2112; Carhartt FR and NFPA 2112 / HRC 4 labels sewn on pocket

My husband is a power lineman. He needs an insulated fire resistant coverall for outdoor cold temps this winter. How insulated are these? If temps get to 10 below with they help keep him decently warm? Thanks

BEST ANSWER: We do not temperature-rate our gear. However, this features an 11.5 ounce quilt-linig and is considered a heavyweight bib.
Will this be safe for welding outdoors in cold temperatures?
