This bag was a replacement for a defective bag we bought in August of last year. Customer service was excellent and we are supremely happy with the new bag. Will repurchase and recommend this brand to anyone and everyone.

Love this backpack but the stitching is poor. The handle at the top is unraveling after only a few uses.

I ordered this backpack for my highschooler who needs something heavy duty and large. It works perfectly. He loves all of the extra space because it fits both his textbooks and laptop. The material and stiching are classic high quality carhartt and I know it will be durable enought to last. The only down side is that there is not water bottle holder. If one of the zip pockets on the side were actually a water bottle holder this back would be absolutely perfect!
