Defective Boot Delivery, Manufacturing and Quality Control and Customer Service
Boots was delivered defective. One boot fit properly and the other didn't fit at all. The toe area or front portion of the right boot was manufactured incorrectly and did not provide proper fit for the right foot. Customer Care Service was helpful to provide the return QR Code and Shipping information to send these boots back to Carhartt. A full refund for the purchase of the Boot will be applied but the shipping cost is the customers responsibility. The shipping cost on the return is covered by Carhartt. So, at the end of the day , My overall rating for fit and comfort and Quality Control was 1 Star, Customer Service rating is 4 stars. I cannot rate the durability of the boot as they could not be worn. I stand firm on the other ratings applied .

I'm in the water mitigation business. Long hours and lots of demo. Having the comfortable foot support that these boots offer is vital to a productive day. I absolutely love the functionality and aesthetics they offer. Would highly recommend them.
