Description

Built for work and the weekend, the Millbrook brings a lightweight update to a classic wedge style work boot. INSITE® footbeds, Carhartt's LWD midsole and a flexible full ground contact rubber outsole are designed to keep you comfortable and safe on the jobsite. This Romeo style boot features Rain Defender™ water repellant protection, FastDry™ linings, and durable rugged leather with elastic gore so you can easily pull them on and start your day.

They changed the loop above the heel, it is smaller and my finger barely fits in it making them harder to put on. Otherwise they are an amazing boot, able to stand and walk on concrete floors all day without any fatigue

Defective Boot Delivery, Manufacturing and Quality Control and Customer Service
Boots was delivered defective. One boot fit properly and the other didn't fit at all. The toe area or front portion of the right boot was manufactured incorrectly and did not provide proper fit for the right foot. Customer Care Service was helpful to provide the return QR Code and Shipping information to send these boots back to Carhartt. A full refund for the purchase of the Boot will be applied but the shipping cost is the customers responsibility. The shipping cost on the return is covered by Carhartt. So, at the end of the day , My overall rating for fit and comfort and Quality Control was 1 Star, Customer Service rating is 4 stars. I cannot rate the durability of the boot as they could not be worn. I stand firm on the other ratings applied .
