Customer service was very nice...the follow through not so much!
Purchased these socks for my kids the product description said 4 pack when I ordered online and only received 1 pair of each in M and L. Called customer service and the representative confirmed it showed 4 pack and would send out the additional pairs of socks. I never received the socks and called back spoke with someone else that informed me that was correct she followed the notes on the system and told me she would escalate the issue told her I never received the socks or any call back and the description on the product was updated and no longer showed as a 4 pack after the fact. I'm sure I wasn't the only person that had this issue and poor customer service. Just want what I purchased...
