Chelsea Wedge Boot

Wanted another pair of slip on boots as in a leave the house to the job site pair ( already have a heavy duty pair of specialized work boots) and was coming off a pair of Romeos that fell apart. I liked the look of these boots so I took a chance on them and glad I did. The only problem I had with them was the inside heal part slowly came apart ( SO BEEF THAT PART UP CARHARTT !!!). I'm buying another pair just for running errands, they look great and are nice boots. I would add that these really are not work/construction boots , I see some 1-2 star reviews criticizing them.They are wonderful boots for walking around ,perfectly comfortable,easy to get on and again, LOOK GREAT ????

I was an onsite MEP QAQC lead for a large datacenter client and was accustomed to wearing Thorogoods or Merrells almost everyday. Forgot my boots one day and one of the site leads gave me a pair of these and I've never looked back. Comfortable, durable, easy to get on and off, and holds up well in the muck and mud of construction. They're not super thick, but that comes with the territory, and that's what wool socks are for. When my onsite assignment ended, I liked them so much that when I left, I asked to keep them (in addition to my other pairs of work boots). They've since become my winter shitkicker boots and they live by the door, but they still come with if I need to travel for a site visit or factory witness test. They're a little big, but I just wear thicker socks to minimize any movement. They're great boots, buy 'em.

Do not fit well once boot fits bigger than the other around the ankle very loose and one is perfect so it feels like I'm wearing two different sizes.

Very nice and comfortable. Superb arch support. So nice I bought a second pair just to have on hand when I get full use out of the 1st pair I bought!

Look good , feel good until I have to walk in them. The fit is correct, no slip on the heel that is noticeable until after about five minutes of walking, even on level surface. Begin to notice a slight discomfort, continuing into a steady burn sensation about an inch or so up the back of each heel. Very disappointing. Not good if your required to walk in these.
