Not bad but has a pretty big downside
Boots feel good for the most part, the only downside is the backside of shoe if you're moving too much or working where you foot is slipping slightly in the boot it's definitely going to grind the back of your foot, got blisters already on the back from a couple days work. Pretty big downside about it.

Love these boots
I'm going into my second winter with these boots and they are still holding up wonderfully. The fit was great. They are incredibly warm as well even without any thermal tech. I submerged my foot several times (up to the point the protection covers) when I first bought them and I didn't suffer a drop of water inside. As I would have expected but hey you never know. I am a heavier guy and I work on my feet so I expected these to wear out quickly like my other work shoes and boots but so far they have held up.

Best boots out there
Love these boots. 2nd pair I've bought. And let me just say that your customer service is remarkable. I had originally gotten these a few months ago and the seam near the eyelet ripped so I took them to the Detroit store and they replaced them for free. The sales associate even did the ordering for me and everything. Hassle free. Definitely a customer for life.

Excellent product, great quality, fit, and look
The wide fit is excellent. I even have enough space to spread my toes or wear toe spacers. Super comfortable, they feel pretty durable and they look nice, already got several compliments and I've only had them for two weeks. I wish the laces were thicker and softer but it's not really a problem. The only place I feel a little discomfort is around the ankle but I assume as I break them in I won't notice the ankle cuff anymore. Very satisfied with this purchase and will be coming back to Carhartt for boots once I destroy these.
