Women's Work Overall - Loose Fit - Canvas - Rugged Flex® - Double Knee

I am an industrial/commercial electrician. I wear these overalls everyday. After 2 years all 4 pairs are so worn down in the crotch and they ripped past the point of mending. I recently bought a 5th pair in black because the Men's ones don't fit me. Here's why I gave these 2 stars. The price of the women's and men's pair are the EXACT same. The problem is the men's material is duck rather than canvas AND the hardware for the men's are stronger. The men's overall are significantly sturdier. The women's overalls should be at least $20 cheaper because they are cheaply made. I get that Carhartt is moving toward fashion rather than work wear, but this is ridiculous. After one wash, my 5th pair, are already starting pill. The material I bought last week is actually even less sturdy than the 4 pairs I bought 2 years ago. If you don't work in construction these are going to be perfect for you and should last longer than 2 years. For all my Tradeswomen, I'd recommend a new brand, which is heartbreaking as a brand loyalist.

Perfect fit.. super comfortable and during. 5'4 and 140 lbs small short was perfect.

These fit well for me (130lbs 5'4") but were completly see through in the white color.

Overall (lol) really love these. I have the pink color. They are holding up well. I got my usual size and they are roomy enough that I can wear leggings underneath in the winter (have never tried to wear other pants under). My one gripe is that the hammer hook doesn't fit any of the hammers we own. Pretty annoying tbh.

They are well made, but they just don't fit my body, and I have to return them. The rise is just too short.
