Zipper fix
When my zipper pull broke, I thought my jacket was doomed for the trash. With the repair kit, I was able to fix my jacket in minutes. The video on the website also was helpful.m I would recommend this product.

You can tell that the overall quality is worse than the jacket I bought 15 years ago. This is a fake plastic zipper that only appears like brass and not the quality I would expect from Carhartt.

Rebuild Zipper Kits
After washing your jackets and coats? And after many years service? Mine always breaks inside the dryer. And lucky for your customers? You make both #5's & #10's rebuild zipper kits. Great job.

Despite me, this works. For free!
They sent me FOR FREE a replacement slider and two stops. Took maybe 15 minutes to remove old slider and two teeth using a side cutting dykes, then to figure out how to trim back heat sealed edge of zipper fabric (with a razor blade) and slide the new one on. Put the old stop back on with a set of pliers and zipped the coat up and... discovered that the pull was inside not outside. Duh! Two minutes later, back together with pull out.
