Amazing!!! I was able to replace the broken zipper on my Carhartt jacket with just a pair of jewelry pliers. I appreciate that it comes with multiple zipper stops because I definitely dropped the first one I tried to put on lol

I was unable to remove the top zipper stop. I actually had to cut it off along with the fabric holding it. Therefore I could not install a new stop. By the way, this is the second Carhartt product I've owned and the zippers have failed on both items. I will not buy another . Here's an idea - quit selling repair kits and fix your zippers. It's like your advertising the inferior quality of your products.

The printed instructions on the back of the product card along with the video posted on your website were very helpful. All n' all a fairly easy repair. Thanks for making this product replacement available.

We had some difficulty installing the new slider but once we got in on, it works OK, though it's a bit hard to zip. I think that will loosen up with time. I'm so glad to be able to zip my favorite coat again.
