Measure just under arms and across shoulder blades holding the tape firm and level. If your chest falls between sizes, order the next size up.

NATURAL WAIST:

Bend side to side and find the natural bend in your body; this is your natural waist. Note: It may not be the smallest point.

HIPS:

Measure the fullest point between your natural waist and crotch.

Note: For best results measure over your undergarments. Use a cloth measuring tape.

The Best Even Better
My previous Thermal-lined Full-Zip Sweatshirt kept me warm many years working outside thru mid-west winters but it was tired. The new version - Wow. Although the new pocket design takes some getting used to, it's great at keeping what's inside dry and clean while keeping dirt, dust, etc, out. Least we not forget that little flap at the top of the zipper - chin saver! Appreciate your products that stand up to the wear and tear of physical laborers for years. Thank you
