Description

When there's work to be done, these Carhartt double-knee pants are up to the challenge. A midweight canvas blend with built-in Rugged Flex® technology offers the perfect amount of stretch for easy movement. They've got all the traditional jean pockets plus a dedicated phone pocket and a utility pocket for your knife or box cutter. Plus, they're compatible with our knee pads for additional comfort and durability. Previously known as the Rugged Flex® Rigby Double Front.

How to Measure

Note: For best results measure over your undergarments. Use a cloth measuring tape.

Natural Waist:

Bend side to side and find the natural bend in your body; this is your natural waist. Note: It may not be the smallest point.

Hip/Seat:

Measure the fullest point between your natural waist and crotch.

Inseam:

Measure from your crotch down to the desired length on body. You may also measure pants that you currently own and like. Lay the garment flat and smooth out. Measure on the front from the crotch point along the seam to the hem for the inseam length.

Material is not as thick as I would have thought for this type pants. The relax fit is almost too relaxed and belt is needed.

Great Pants but One Request
I have been wearing these now a couple of weeks and have really liked them so far. If you plan on wearing a pair of pants like these year-round, I recommend buying them in the fall when it starts to get cooler. The heat of summer is the wrong time to buy new pants, especially ones make mostly from cotton! Buying in the fall gives some time for the fabric to wear down in time for the next summer. I am looking forward to see how these double-fronts wear and hope that the gusseted crotch will prevent any rips in that area. One thing that I am already missing about my Vertx Cutback Technical Pant is the dual angled rear yoke pockets. I had to stop carrying my flashlight at all times because I anticipated it falling out of my back pocket. I hope that these last a long time and don't get too hot in the summer but so far so good!
