CARHARTT, FORD & CINTAS TO SHOWCASE UNIFORM PROGRAM FOR FORD DEALER TECHNICIANS DURING NATIONAL AUTOMOBILE DEALERS ASSOCIATION SHOW

Three Iconic Brands Implement Nationwide Uniform Program designed to meet the rigorous demands of the modern service bay.

DEARBORN, MICH. (FEB. 2, 2026) – After announcing their partnership at the Detroit Auto Show last month, Ford Motor Company, Carhartt Company Gear™, in collaboration with Cintas Corporation, will be showcasing their new uniforms for Ford dealership service technicians and specialists at the National Automobile Dealers Association (NADA) Show this week in Las Vegas, NV. The program will provide premium workwear from Carhartt, delivered through Cintas’ nationwide service and scale.

"Ford, Carhartt and Cintas are three companies woven into the fabric of the Essential Economy,” said Tyler Hill, Head of Ford Global Licensing. “Hardworking people need durable apparel to get the job done, it’s as necessary as the tools they use. We’re proud to bring our shared heritage together to support our dealer service technicians.”

Designed for flexibility and convenience, the program offers both rental service programs and direct purchase for Ford dealerships nationwide. Cintas, which serves more than one million businesses nationwide, will manage the program, overseeing pickup, cleaning, inspection and repairing the uniforms before delivery back to the dealerships to ensure technicians always have apparel ready for work.

“This partnership represents our commitment to providing our customers with apparel that works as hard as they do,” said Todd Schneider, President and CEO, Cintas. “We’re proud to leverage our nationwide footprint and operational excellence to simplify how Ford dealerships ensure their technicians are Ready for the Workday.”

Working directly with dealership crews, Carhartt Company Gear tailored a comprehensive range of workwear to match the daily demands of the job. Available for both men and women, the offerings include shirts, pants, jackets, sweatshirts, and options for footwear and accessories.

“We’re excited to team up with Ford and Cintas to deliver high-quality workwear for Ford dealership technicians,” said Andi Donovan, SVP, Wholesale and Carhartt Company Gear, Carhartt, Inc. “We understand that workers want to feel confident and comfortable on the job, and this program provides the durable gear to get the job done.”

Recent research commissioned by Carhartt Company Gear found that uniform programs aid in employee recruitment and retention". While reducing employee turnover is complex, the study shows that 76 percent of workers with partially or fully funded workwear say they are very or extremely likely to stay with their employer for at least a year, compared to 68 percent of those who pay for their own. That number jumps to 84 percent when the company provides Carhartt-branded uniforms, emphasizing the value of trusted gear in building workforce loyalty.

NADA will be held Feb. 3-6 at the Las Vegas Convention Center. Those in attendance can preview the uniforms by visiting the Carhartt booth located near the Ford booth. Both booths are located in the West Hall 4262W.

Carhartt Company Gear specializes in durable custom workwear built for specific industry needs, making it easy to get bulk orders for crews of 10 to 10,000. Companies can buy direct in bulk from Carhartt or contact Cintas for managed uniform and rental laundry programs. For more information, visit www.companygear.carhartt.com or www.cintas.com.
