I have owned a pair for little over a year now and they are still in good condition. I wear them to work in the mill or doing chores around the farm. I love the zip to thigh feature because you can easily where an underlayer ( sweatpants, thermals, ect.) and not have the legs bunched up. Comfortable year round in Oregon weather. I'm a bigger dude at 6'4 260lbs so it was tight around the stomach at first but now it fits fine. I'm definitely going to get another pair

Perfect for blowing snow!
After many years of wrestling with jeans and thermal underwear, I finally decided to buy a pair of lined coveralls for clearing my driveway in the winter. I could not be happier with the quality and construction of these coveralls. I'm actually looking forward to the first snowfall! I can't make the slider below work, but these were true to size as recommended by the size guide on the website.

Must Have for Cold Climates
These bibs are the most dependable and most comfortable for all types of cold weather. I have had the same pair for 5 years, and they are just as reliable today as the day they were purchased. They are a must have for all cold climates.

The most amazing product Carhartt has
Super warm and comfortable. If you're looking at these, 1. You already have a pair and know how warm and comfortable they are or 2. You're looking to get a pair because you've heard how warm and comfortable they are. Either way you'd be a fool not to get these. Life saver when you get a service call in a freezer or on a roof in the middle of winter.

Best bibs on the market
Awesome durability and quality in these bibs. Used every morning and many winters on the farm and in the seed house. Somewhat rigid and snug to athletic build folks at first, but break in with time. Warm and easy to wear with a hoodie. Zippers to the waist are a must.

Just got a pair of R02/DNY and I can’t find them on your site, are they discontinued?

can the inseam be altered for those of us with large waists and stubby legs?
Pierre C on Jan 23, 2018

I have a pair of another brand's overalls and they are super warm but really beefy, it's too hard to move around in them. Are these the thinner ones that are mobile?
Chase C on Jan 13, 2018
BEST ANSWER: They are reasonably thin, considering the fabric layers involved. I find when they are new or freshly washed, that can certainly make them feel stiff and rigid. After a couple months of wear, they definitely “break-in” though. Maybe want to upsize one size if you plan on wearing other garments underneath them. That will definitely help reduce the bulky, rigid feel.
husband wears 34/30 what size should I get him?
A shopper on Jan 8, 2018
BEST ANSWER: If he plans to wear heavier layers underneath, you would go up two sizes to a 38. You would order his normal inseam.
46x32 would be compared to 2xl or 3xl?
A shopper on Jan 4, 2018
BEST ANSWER: Please contact us at 1 800 833 3118 for further assistance.

If my Jean size is 35-36 and inseam is 32. What size lines bib overalls should I get?
A shopper on Nov 30, 2017
BEST ANSWER: Assuming your midsection measures 35-36" at the largest part, you would probably want to order a 40x32. This assumes you will be wearing clothing underneath. If you only plan to wear undergarments underneath, you may only need a 38x32.
I like the zipper pocket on these but like the arctic lining on the R03. Is the arctic lining noticeably warmer than the lining in these?
A shopper on Nov 21, 2017
BEST ANSWER: We don't temperature-rate our garments. However, the R41 has a midweight lining. The arctic quilt lining found in the R03 is the warmest lining we offer.
What size overall insulated bib would I be if I'm a 34 waist 34 long in jeans?

I Own a ranch and am outside every day in the snow, mud, and water. Throughout the day the legs get wet, freeze, melt and then get even wetter. Is there a waterproofing product that you would reccomend to help keep the legs dryer?
A shopper on Feb 23, 2017
BEST ANSWER: This style can be treated with a treatment such as Nikwax or Scotchgard. However, altering our garments will void the warranty. You may like our Style 101495 that is insulated and water repellent. The link for this item is below:

A shopper on Jan 31, 2017
BEST ANSWER: You need to upsize with this product. If your inseam measures 30," you would order a 32 if you only plan to wear undergarments or light layers underneath. You would order a 34" if you plan to wear clothing or heavier layers underneath.

I am a union carpenter in Boston Massachusetts... Myself and a few fellow carpenters are wondering why you discontinued the quilt lined bibless pants... They are my absolute favorite, and I'm quite disappointed that I can't get them any longer?
A shopper on Jan 12, 2017

How can I break in the overalls that are too stiff?
A shopper on Dec 27, 2016
