Description

From med passes to last-minute admits, these women’s Carhartt high-rise scrub pants are built to keep up with the realities of a nonstop shift. Designed as part of the Cross-Flex collection, they deliver the performance you need when you’re moving fast and thinking on your feet. With sweat-wicking, fast-drying fabric, these pants are made to help you stay comfortable, focused and ready for whatever comes through the doors next. The high-rise fit offers secure coverage that stays in place through constant motion, while the ankle-length tapered silhouette provides a modern, streamlined look that feels both functional and polished. It's designed for long hours on the move — whether you’re bending down to adjust equipment, crouching at the bedside or sprinting down the hallway to your next patient. Storage is built for real workdays, with pockets placed exactly where you need them. Two front hand pockets and two cargo pockets give you space for essentials, plus an internal pocket keeps smaller items organized and easy to find. A cargo pocket with a front flap adds extra secure storage, and a top-entry pocket provides quick access when you’re in the middle of a busy stretch. A back pocket offers even more room for must-haves you want close. Comfort is reinforced with an elastic waistband and adjustable drawcord for a stay-put fit. The pants are also reinforced at high-stress areas for durability that holds up shift after shift. These high-rise ankle scrub pants are a true shift essential — built for healthcare professionals who need flexibility, storage and performance that works as hard as they do.

Waist:

Measure around your waistline, keeping the tape comfortably loose.

Inseam:

Measure pants that fit you well. Lay them flat, with the front and back creased smooth. Measure along the inseam from crotch to bottom of leg hem. Or, if you don’t have pants that fit comfortably, measure from your crotch to your desired pant length.
