Quality craftsman shop but much smaller than expected.
Appears to be quality made and hopefully will be durable for many years of usage. The 20” is smaller than I anticipated based on another 20” bag I own. It could stand to be a few more inches wider and taller. The 23” is much much larger than this bag and too large for my weekend trip needs. This one is almost too small for those same needs. There is a small zippered pocket on the inside, but it’s very small and is sewn into the bag at a weird angle so it hangs in an upward direction. I don’t know if this was designed this way but it’s rather odd as it won’t lay flat against the side of the bag and therefor has to lay facing up and on top of whatever you put in the bag. Quality zippers and handles but just a few things I’d like to see different.
