Great value
These are comfortable right out of the box! In boots I normally wear an 8.5-9.0 - a little bigger than my size 8 foot, but I want to accommodate thicker socks. The 8.5 was too big. The 8.0 fits great. The leather is very nice - very forgiving. The lug sole is great. And there is a heel - so I can ride in these. The waterproofing was a primary reason for purchase. These boots have A LOT going for them for $100 (I got mine on sale). Great value!

Perfect for what I needed
I bought these as an in-between for my rain boots and snow boots. My (name brand) rain boots are uncomfortable to walk in, which makes me avoid wearing them in wet conditions, and my snow boots feel thick and bulky. These are the perfect combination and comfy to walk in. The first day that I wore them, I had a friend tell me she loved them and ordered the same pair!

Best Boot EVER. LOVE LOVE LOVE them!!!
I am in love with these boots. It doesn't matter if they are riding, working or rain boots, the Fit is EVERYTHING. My foot slid into these boots and the fit was PERFECT and it felt dreamy. I was like a kid who gets boots for Christmas and refuses to take them off. (I may have slept in them one night). I wear them even when it's not raining. EVERYONE comments about them. I am a walking/talking Carhart Add!!!! Wish I could afford them in brown but these were a treat. Luckily, I hit gold
