Measure just under arms and across shoulder blades holding the tape firm and level. If your chest falls between sizes, order the next size up.

Natural Waist:

Bend side to side and find the natural bend in your body; this is your natural waist. Note: It may not be the smallest point.

Cool Shirts
As a Union Construction Laborer I have wore your clothing for 50 years. I have never had a shirt from Carhartt that was not hot and started sweating from morning to quitting time. I think you have finally got one right on these shirts. I have bought 2 of these shirts and they are pretty cool and wick away moisture instantly. The older I get the less I like the heat and these shirts does the trick

As advertised, worth the purchase. As widely known, white stains easily and harder to keep clean; this product does pretty good for getting rid of certain stains, when washed, but be careful with oil based stains. Is soft and comfortable, helps keep cool, and looks good. Definitely worth buying.
