Measure just under arms and across shoulder blades holding the tape firm and level. If your chest falls between sizes, order the next size up.

Natural Waist:

Bend side to side and find the natural bend in your body; this is your natural waist. Note: It may not be the smallest point.

Super nice Fleece Shirt/Jac
I love this shirt/jacket! I wear it indoors all of the time and it is pure comfort. Thick and packed with fleece it will keep you nice and warm. I noticed a review about the arm material being uncomfortable but I didn't even notice it until I looked. I've had this shirt/jac for probably 6 years and just ordered another! You'll love it!

Very warm
I was looking for something with the warmth of a puffy but with a lot more durability -- this was it. Very warm. I'm 5'10", slim fit typically, and the Small works. A little big at the shoulders, and the arms a little poofy, but length is good and not too loose.
