This is your everyday, do-it-all coverall. It's built with our washed duck fabric for classic Carhartt durability that's comfortable and feels broken-in feel from day one. It's also got lightweight insulation to keep you warm when you're working long hours out in the cold.

How to Measure

CHEST:

Measure just under arms and across shoulder blades holding the tape firm and level. If your chest falls between sizes, order the next size up.

NATURAL WAIST:

Bend side to side and find the natural bend in your body; this is your natural waist. Note: It may not be the smallest point.

HIPS:

Measure the fullest point between your natural waist and crotch.

Note: For best results measure over your undergarments. Use a cloth measuring tape.

Old Faithful
These are my go to when it gets really cold. These have held up very well. I have had them 3 years and it appears they were well worth the investment. I got the hood as well. It is sold separately but I'm telling you when it's below zero you won't feel a thing.I always get asked about these when I wear them.

Warm & Roomy
So far they're nice and warm and they fit well. Winter has yet to arrive so can't give a super accurate rating but as of now happy with my purchase.

Exactly What You Want
Exactly as described. Extremely warm and mobile. I am 6', 195 lbs and ordered a Regular Large. The legs are a bit long but the arms and waist fit exact. Order your usual size and expect a little room but it helps for movement.

Please read the reviews about size! Way too Big!
Please read the reviews about size! I am 5'11" / 190 LBS. I read the reviews about the size being too big. The size guide puts me right between a REG and TALL. Since these were on such a good sale, I was sure a MED/REG would work for me even it was a little large. Nope! I should have listened to the other reviews, as they are a foot too long. My 6'5" brother-in-law tried these on and they were too long for him. I am guessing you would have to be 7'0" to need a Tall in these. These would otherwise be great coveralls, just like most products from Carhartt are. Not worth the hassle to return, so I'm out $100 and have to find someone these will fit. How can the size on these be SO horribly wrong?

These insulated coveralls are AWESOME!
The quality & appearance speaks for itself...can't ask for better. Tried them on and couldn't stay in them long...very warm. We're forecasted to get colder than normal temps these next few months...I now feel prepared. Fairly heavy...so get ready for a real workout toting these around. :-)

Sizing way off. Too large.
My order was received in good time but WAY TOO LARGE. It seems this is a continued problem after looking at the reviews. I ordered a M-Short pair of coveralls and the product itself was exactly what I wanted but the size was much larger. I am 5'5" and 140lbs. This set could fit a 6' person rather comfortably. Pretty bummed. I was wondering if it was mislabeled or like somebody else suggested, why it was sold as "reworked".

Looking forward to stomping my new coveralls into the ground.
Just as I expected. I am hard to buy coveralls for because of my short stature. I am 5'6" and weigh 230 Lbs. So, when I purchase, I start off by sizing thru the short sizes & look for something with a chest area of around 54". I plan on wearing the coveralls over a work uniform with a hoodie for outdoor work in climbing in & out of trucks & other trucking duties in Artic type winter conditions. Oversize is good for this as it allows for the bending of the elbows & knees with out binding. Problem is even as a short, I'm walking on the leg ends of the coveralls. Sorry folks but my legs are short. My pant length is a 27. Some additional snaps placed around the lower portion of each leg would be very helpful for cuffing to the inside. You could actually make like 2 or 3 rows of these & would really help us shorter guys out.

I definitely like the quality but the size is a bad joke. Entirely too big!
I definitely like the quality but the size is a bad joke. For me Carhartt is my go to as they always fit perfectly. NOT THIS TIME! I'm 6' 175 lbs but I'd have to be 6'10" for these to fit. Very disappointed in Carhartt.

Good quality, very warm, much too big. I am 5'10, 190 lbs and I was swimming in the size large. There was ample space in the arm/chest to wear lots of layers and move comfortably, but the legs were too long for me.
