Very disappointed in the water repellent/waterproof aspect of this jacket. I bought 3 weeks ago and have worn the jacket twice. Both times in a little more than a light drizzle and both times my clothing ended up drenched underneath the jacket. Most especially in the shoulder area. If you're only relying on it to cross a parking lot it may do the trick but any sort of length of time in the rain and you might as well be without it. For a 100 dollar jacket with the carhartt name/logo attached to it, it's a long long ways away from delivering the protection that it's supposed to and that carhartt is historically known for. Good LOOKING jacket but not worth a dang in the field. Would not recommend this jacket to anybody.

I bought this because I know carhartt is a synonym of quality. This jacket is not. It's good against little drizzles and walking from your car home/ work but if you're caught in real rain wearing this jacket expect to get soaked, for the prize I do not recommend it at all

Great jacket. Made a little smaller than other items.

My husband's favorite jacket! He's especially happy taking it on trips, so much so that I purchased a second one for him!

Zipper broke :-(
