Our pocket t-shirt debuted in 1992, and its rugged cotton design and clean looks made it a fast favorite among the hard-working folks who pulled it on. Though decades and trends have come and gone, there's a reason the K87 remains a classic. This men's t-shirt is made with heavyweight cotton built to handle tough days on the job. It has an loose fit that gives you room to move and a soft feel that only gets better with time.

Differences between Regular & Tall Sizing:

  • Tall sizes are 2” longer than Regular sizes
  • Tall long-sleeve lengths are 2” longer than Regular sleeve lengths
  • Tall short-sleeve lengths are 1/2” longer than Regular sleeve lengths

How to Measure

Note: For best results measure over your undergarments. Use a cloth measuring tape.

Chest:

Measure just under arms and across shoulder blades holding the tape firm and level. If your chest falls between sizes, order the next size up.

Natural Waist:

Bend side to side and find the natural bend in your body; this is your natural waist. Note: It may not be the smallest point.

Built with heavyweight cotton that gets better over time.

  • Exterior All colors are 100% cotton jersey knit unless specified differently
  • Heather Gray: 90% cotton /10% polyester
  • Snow Heathers: 57% cotton/43% polyester
  • Carbon Heather, Dark Cobalt Blue Heather, Oiled Walnut Heather, Dusk Blue Heather, Ocean Blue Heather, Iron Ore Heather, and Yellowstone Heather: 60% cotton/40% polyester
  • Care Instructions: Machine wash warm with like colors. Non-Chlorine bleach when needed. Tumble dry medium, remove promptly.

1st Carhartt tee
1st Carhartt tee. Best tucked - tail is too long to leave untucked. Weight is perfect - not too heavy or too thin. Neck is great - crew collar is wide, does not choke. Overall fit is baggy. Anticipate washing may shrink a bit to help make sizing a bit more fitting, however the fabric blend may not allow it (which normally would be a good thing).

Good shirt, doesn't need to be complicated, would be better USA made
What do you want from a tee? Heavy duty, generous cut, nice fit, comfortable, fairly inexpensive. Would pay extra for USA made

These shirts are definitely high quality. Very durable, I have no doubt they will last a long time. But....the sizing is off. All of my other t-shirts, I wear a size 2XL. This shirt in an XL fits the same as my other 2XL shirts. The 2XL in this shirt is too big. So, great quality shirt, but order one size down from what you normally wear.
