Measure the fullest part of your bust, keeping the measuring tape parallel to the floor.

Bend side to side and find the natural bend in your body; this is your natural waist. Note: It may not be the smallest point.

HIPS:

Measure the fullest part of your hips, approximately 8" below the natural waist.

Note: For best results measure over your undergarments. Use a cloth measuring tape.

Love these tencel sweatshirts, I've bought three!!! They've been on sale for awhile and my sister and niece loved mine so I got them one! Generous sizing, beautiful color and breathable fabric at a great price.

Super Cute Jacket
Love my zip-up jacket! This is my second purchase since I wore the first one out. Super comfortable and nice to wear on mild days. For reference, I am 5-2 and 110 lbs and I purchased a size Small. A little roomy at the sleeves but nice it's not too tight to wear over long-sleeve shirts. Also, love the color!!
