Firm Duck Apron

Really great!! Love it so much we went back for a second so we each have one. We are using them for heavy yard work - great against thorns! Really comfortable and easy to customize fit. Comfortable yet extremely tough. This will last a long time. Love all the pockets!

The item I paid $13 for to be delivered in 2 business days was delivered 10 days later than even the free shipping option. Despite my numerous emails and messages on platform X, I have received no response. I demand a refund for the service you failed to provide. Had I known of the delay, I would have chosen free shipping. If the product had been delivered on the 8th or at the latest the 10th (which was the estimated delivery date for free shipping), it would have been brought to my country by my friend. Now, I must wait for the next person to travel. It is unbelievable that a company as reputable as yours would disregard customer satisfaction to this extent.
