BUST:

Measure the fullest part of your bust, keeping the measuring tape parallel to the floor.

NATURAL WAIST:

Bend side to side and find the natural bend in your body; this is your natural waist. Note: It may not be the smallest point.

HIPS:

Measure the fullest part of your hips, approximately 8 inches below the natural waist.

Note: For best results measure over your undergarments. Use a cloth measuring tape.

Solid work shorts
Got the greige on sale and it was an excellent price for some solid work shorts. Can wear these for all day work and moving around and they are comfortable, appropriate and look good. In my opinion they would be more functional if they had a slightly higher waist. They are looser on me than in the pic and the elastic loose waist is comfortable for physical activity but if you are squatting up and down it might maintain better coverage if it had a higher waist.

I bought 3 pairs!
I love that it has both a stretchy waist band AND belt loops! I hope I can get a pair of pants just like these shorts. They are so comfortable that I bought 3 pairs and I wear them every day!

Don't ride up!
If you are pear shaped and are looking for shorts that doesn't have a gap and also don't ride up but aren't so long they're unflattering then these are also for you. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is because I wish they were high-rise

Great work shorts
I love these. Very comfortable! The elastic waist means no gap at the back! The only thing I would change is to make them a couple inches longer, and add a cell phone pocket on the side. Also, I hate that the greige color is being discontinued! It's the color I need for work, and I would buy lots of them if they were available!
