How to Measure

Note: For best results measure over your undergarments. Use a cloth measuring tape.

Natural Waist:

Bend side to side and find the natural bend in your body; this is your natural waist. Note: It may not be the smallest point.

Hip/Seat:

Measure the fullest point between your natural waist and crotch.

Inseam:

Measure from your crotch down to the desired length on body. You may also measure pants that you currently own and like. Lay the garment flat and smooth out. Measure on the front from the crotch point along the seam to the hem for the inseam length.

Poor quality item, will not purchase again.
Carhartt used to mean quality. I don't know what it means now but it's not even close to that. I've never had any pair of jeans rip so quickly. Cheaper jeans that I wear to work do not rip this quick and after several years still haven't. I bought these to wear outside of work and within two weeks one of the back pockets had ripped and within one month the other had ripped. By far the most poorly constructed jeans I have ever bought. I hate to say it but I think I can no longer buy carhartt products if this is how they intend to operate going forward. In twenty years of being a consumer this has been the only time I've taken the time to write a review as I was so disappointed.

Not good, I will ask for a refund!
Not a good pair of jeans. They ripped up the outside thigh from the waist to the knee on the 2nd day of wearing. I was touring Scotland downtown and did NOT run into anything sharp. Not good fabric!
