Women's Mid Rise Jean - Slim Tapered Fit - Rugged Flex®

I have an Apple shape body, my bum and legs are smaller than my hips and waist I also have a pouch due to having C sections and for years I have bought Slim straight Levi's. Now Levi's always made me self conscious of my body, the pants were not straight enough making my pouch was visible, the pants were very saggy at my bum and they were always getting stuck on my calf's, the pockets were 3 inches deep, lastly the jeans were thin. Carhartt slim fit pants are wonderful! The cut is a more straighter and tighter around my pouch making less conscious about that area. They are still loose material at my bum but it is a more flattering looseness, they are not tight on my calf's the material is a nice thick cotton material and they have pockets big enough to put my Samsung phone in. I will continue to buy these pants for years to come or until they change anything about them, with the exception of maybe making the bum less baggy.

Love these jeans finally found jeans that are slim thru the hip and thighs. Very well made. Very comfortable.

As someone who struggles to find pants that fit right, I'm really excited about these jeans. My only complaint is that they definitely gap at the waist. They fit great everywhere else though, the fabric is heavy, and should last a long time. Thanks Carhartt!!

I am new to purchasing Carhartt clothing, happened to find a local store where could get a general idea on sizing, but limited product. Came to website, first got a relaxed fit jean, which will be great for some outdoor volunteer work I do at a horse rescue, but, seems to look sloppy otherwise after wearing a bit, even though comfortable. Came to these, ordered one in each of two remaining colors (on sale so an opportunity). Like others, love the deep pockets, so tired of jeans with hardly any option to put things, even keys, in pockets. But interesting, one color fit perfectly, the other (the darker color), is a bit tight. And putting them together to compare, there does seem to be a couple of inches difference in waist. Haven't gotten into wearing yet, will try the color that fits well and see how it works. May need to return the others. Nice weight, not too heavy but not thin.
