How to Measure

Note: For best results measure over your undergarments. Use a cloth measuring tape.

Natural Waist:

Bend side to side and find the natural bend in your body; this is your natural waist. Note: It may not be the smallest point.

Hip/Seat:

Measure the fullest point between your natural waist and crotch.

Inseam:

Measure from your crotch down to the desired length on body. You may also measure pants that you currently own and like. Lay the garment flat and smooth out. Measure on the front from the crotch point along the seam to the hem for the inseam length.

These are the only jeans I can work comfortably in. They allow you to move, bend, twist and are not too loose.

Good, but...
I really like the fit of these pants. My problem is that of three pairs of the slim fitting pants, all have that distressed look. I am not a young person, and I want to put that look on the pants myself by wearing. Also, I have not found a retailer that carries the slim versions. I have only been able to order direct from Carhartt.

Sizing is inaccurate
Thought these were slim fit but they're actually labeled straight fit and they're larger than the other straight fit jeans I have from Carhartt. Returning because the sizing is inaccurate.

great sturdy pair of jeans , they have a nice little stretchy to them which helps at work for sure . i have no complaints and will definitely buy a couple pairs since there aren't many straight tapered leg jeans to choose from at Carhartt
