How to Measure

CHEST:

Measure just under arms and across shoulder blades holding the tape firm and level. If your chest falls between sizes, order the next size up.

NATURAL WAIST:

Bend side to side and find the natural bend in your body; this is your natural waist. Note: It may not be the smallest point.

HIPS:

Measure the fullest point between your natural waist and crotch.

Note: For best results measure over your undergarments. Use a cloth measuring tape.

Fits

Slim Fit: slimmer through hip and thigh; straight leg. Relaxed Fit: relaxed through hip and thigh; tapered leg. Loose Fit: full through hip and thigh; wide leg.

  • Care Instructions: Machine wash cold gentle cycle with mild detergent. Do not bleach. Tumble dry low remove promptly. Do not iron. Do not dry clean.

Great Shorts
The shorts are great! Really like how light they are. I've definitely caught them on sharp things that should of ripped them and they didn't even tear!

Good shorts.
Nice thick ripstop. Comfortable, look nice. Win. I saw another review that said they thought these were too thin... I think these are as thick as any fabric I'd want, any thicker and they couldn't be comfortable. Hearty.

Good Shorts
These shorts are comfortable with plenty of storage in the pockets and they fit well. The pockets are plenty deep to prevent my stuff from alling out and I like how the cargo pockets have the ability to drop my phone into the pocket without opening the velcro flap. Only 2 things I have to say negative. The pockets are kinda narrow for big hands, or hands with work gloves. The second is the material. While this is a durable material it tends to be a magnet for dog hair. And not where I can just brush it off, I have to pull each piece of hair off the material. Hopefully after they are washed a few times it will not be as bad.

Discontinuing color
Love these shorts but they have a tendency to tear after a few months. I work in a hospital as a volunteer and the pants color is BEIGE which is not only discontinued but not in a 42 waist. I usually wear shorts with gray and the carhartt coloor, but beige is my uniform color.Looks like I will have to try other companies and I have been wearing Carhartt products fir 30 years.
