Natural Waist:
Bend side to side and find the natural bend in your body; this is your natural waist. Note: It may not be the smallest point.
Hips:
Measure the fullest part of your hips, approximately 8” below the natural waist.

Quality material
I love anything cotton. My only regret you don't do petites or regular length. Shirt is a little long for a short person. I must have missed if it was listed the length measurement
